On 10 December 2010 the shareholders of Naya Bharat Property Company plc voted to delist and wind up the Company. Jane Davidson Nairn Bates and James Charles Houghton were appointed as Joint Liquidators. The Liquidators are in the process of liquidating the Company's portfolio and distributions will be made to shareholders in accordance with the indicative timetable published on this website from time to time.
The listing of the Company's shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange was cancelled on 13 December 2010.
